How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order in the Shipt app anytime before your shopper starts shopping.

  • In the Shipt app, tap Orders.
  • Tap the order you want to cancel.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the order.
  • Tap Cancel this order.


If your shopper has already started shopping, please contact Shipt Support via live chat or give us a call at (205) 502-2500 for assistance.
